Our base rate per cottage is $195 per night, based on a stay for two adults.

Extra guests are $25 per person, per night

There is a cleaning fee of $70 per stay

Minimum stay of two nights

 

Rates may vary on long weekends, school holidays and over the summer season.

Pets

Pets are welcome at Emu Point Beach Cottages!

 

The cottages are very pet friendly, with a dog trampoline bed, bowls and a inside laundry area for your pet to sleep. Please note, however that the property is not fenced.

Dogs are $15 per night or $20 for two dogs or more

 

To comply with the City of Albany Pet Policy for short term accommodation; pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
